Happy Spring and Summer Day!

 Happy Spring Equinox 2022

 Welcome Summertime

I am more than ready for some warmer weather. It's been in the '40s and '50s Lately which is not that bad, but those 20&30 degree days were so cold. I could not get warm!  The Fireplace I found out did not have the blower correct, but I do have my Propane Tank on the Screened- In Porch where I sit. It has a fan attached to the top of it and it will warm me up if I wait a bit. I still wear a warm Jacket for Winter and fingerless gloves along with a Hat that looks Kooky but no one sees me there and I do not go anywhere very often. Just to the Grocery Store now and then. My husband also does a lot of our shopping, but he tends to not get the Snack foods I crave. I am also on a Fudge Bars kick. I eat them all the time.

One box inside the house refrigerator and one on Screen porch Freezer.  So not to run out.... LOL! I am still unpacking boxes from our move, Wow, it was only three (3) years ago. Where does the time go???

I have been donating to an #Animal Rescue Thrift Shop. I was in our new Suv the other day and the radio-only played Country Music. Now, I do like some country music but I also love good ol' rock'n'roll!!!!  So I am now going thru my music to see what to keep or donate. I also stopped by there to see what all they did sell and plenty of books and magazines plus clothing and knick-nacks.

Actually, I wanted to get a CD for the radio replacement to the CD player in the SUV.  and, I did find some rock-n-roll. Mostly Country to choose from,  But I got " The Piano Man, Billy Joel", "Heart", and Two "Stevie Nicks" so I got carried away! I played " Heart"  first, Ann can sure sing and Nancy can play Guitar. The grocery store trip improved a lot with the new music to play!

I better get going, I have a lot to do still and it is still light outside and fairly warm but "Atlanta Dish TV" says tomorrow will the terrible weather. I can work inside then!

We grew up in High School with this band, " The "Ozark Mountain Daredevils" and rock to their music. They have a second DVD coming out soon and it was all the talk on "Twitter" one day from all over the country, they named songs from the days ago, mostly 80s and 90s.  We used to go see them when in Alabama and go backstage to chat with them.

National PI Day 3.14

“Probably no symbol in mathematics has evoked as much mystery, romanticism, misconception and human interest as the number pi”

~William L. Schaaf, Nature and History of Pi

Pi (often represented by the lower-case Greek letter π), one of the most well-known mathematical constants, is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter.  For any circle, the distance around the edge is a little more than three times the distance across.

Pi Day is on March 14, and any day that combines fun, education, and pie is a day worth celebrating! Pi, also known by the Greek letter “π,” is a constant value used in math that represents the ratio of a circumference of a circle to its diameter, which is just about 3.14….15…9265359… (and so on).

Not only that, but the fourteenth of March is also Albert Einstein’s birthday, so altogether it’s nothing short of a mathematician’s delight Pi Day .
